1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on March 28, 2015 is limited to the Plaintiff’s automobile indicated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On January 201, the Plaintiff loaned the Defendant’s name to the Defendant and completed the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership on the motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant on February 8, 2011.
B. The Plaintiff terminated the title trust agreement with the Defendant by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint.
