If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. On April 19, 2015, around June 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around April 19, 2015, at the time of the occurrence of a collision with C, which is a resident of the said apartment, with the said apartment, in the Gangseo-gun B apartment 102 elevator; (b) the said apartment security guard, considered that the victim D (Nam, 63 years of age) made a disadvantageous statement to the investigation agency as to the said case; and (c) had the victim sought for violence.

At around 01:30 on June 13, 2015, the Defendant opened the door door of the guard room in front of the above apartment house, and it was difficult for the victim to take the door for about 25 minutes, such as “I am off, I am off. I am off until I am off and I am off. I am off.” The victim “I am out of I am out, I am out, I am out and open the entrance,” and the Defendant “I am out, I am out, I am off, I am. I am off and am out, and walk the door several times.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's apartment security service by force.

2. From August 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought the victim for the same reason at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) on August 18, 2015; (b) brought the victim out of the guard room by putting the fat of the victim’s fat; and (c) made the victim out of the guard room by taking the fat of the victim’s fat; and (d) the victim “at the inside time off the four working hours. In this fat and inside the fatra, the fat of the fat, leaving off the fat of the victim’s fat; and (e) caused the victim’s fat to face with the wall of the guard room.”

As a result, the defendant injured the victim about 2 weeks of treatment, thereby hindering the victim's apartment security service by force.
