2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

3. The judgment of the court of first instance is subject to Paragraph (1).

A. The conclusion of each credit transaction agreement of this case and the Defendant’s joint and several sureties 1) A entered into a credit transaction agreement with the Plaintiff as set out below (attached Table 1), and received a loan from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant loan”).

A. At the time of the conclusion of each credit transaction agreement, A submitted to the Plaintiff a credit guarantee statement prepared by the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund with a guarantee rate of 85% as security. 2) Meanwhile, the Defendant did not clearly indicate the date of conclusion of the contract as well as the letter of credit guarantee (Evidence A6 and 7) prepared between the Plaintiff and the Defendant after the conclusion of each credit transaction agreement.

However, in light of the evidence Nos. 28 and 29, it seems after June 30, 2007.

A The obligation of the instant loan to the Plaintiff was jointly and severally guaranteed within the scope of each guarantee indicated below (attached Table 1).
