Punishment of the crime
On July 3, 2014, at around 22:04, the Defendant driven B-low-income car from approximately 500 meters to the front road of the Jamoho-hop shop located in the Municipal Ordinance of Sincheon-si to the front road in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.15% of the blood alcohol concentration.
