Reasons
1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as follows: (a) the reasoning for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the “as described in the first-class (A) and (b)” in Part 18 of the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed as “as described in the claim”.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all of the defendant's appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
