1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 16,585,500 and 5% per annum from November 4, 2012 to June 15, 2016.

Reasons

1. The indication “applicant” as to the claim is indicated in the attached Form except that the Plaintiff and “Respondent” are deemed the Defendant.

(Plaintiff D withdrawn the lawsuit on June 15, 2016 on the date of pleading, and reduced the interest rate for delay damages to 15% per annum.
