In order to prevent infectious diseases, the Minister of Health and Welfare, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall take measures to hospitalize or isolate the infected in an appropriate place for a certain period, or take some measures necessary therefor, and no person shall comply with such measures.

On February 25, 2020, the Defendant was notified of the isolation period from February 24, 2020 to March 7, 2020 by the head of the Ansan-si Health Center entrusted with the preventive measures against infectious diseases, on the ground that the Defendant contacted with the police officers belonging to the Gyeonggi-si Police Station, which was the probability of “conavi infection-19” among the 1st infectious disease disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease infectious diseases infectious in the 1st degree 12:05, the Defendant was notified of the isolation period from the head of the Ansan-si Health Center, Ansan-si, the Defendant’s residence.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from February 25, 2020 to February 14:52 of the same day, did not comply with the measures of isolation as above, and met with E, which was located in the street near the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
