1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff Gap corporation KRW 100,000,000, and 200,000,000 to the plaintiff corporation Eul and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment made based on the deemed confession as the ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 2 and the main sentence of Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
