1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 13, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, at the first date of pleading, the Plaintiff reduced the purport of the claim as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
