1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,953,924 and KRW 6,983,100 among them shall be from April 10, 2013 to October 17, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading), which provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition.”
