1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is denied based on the judgment of this Court 2017Gauri12392.

Reasons

According to the records, the fact that the Plaintiff was rendered a final and conclusive judgment against the Defendant in the wage case 2017 Ghana12392 in this court’s order against the Defendant to pay 174,033 won and the amount equivalent to 15% per annum from November 27, 2017 to the date of full payment, and on April 12, 2018, the Defendant’s repayment of the above obligation is recognized in accordance with the Defendant’s collection order.
