1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendant main industry and the Korea AlNM Co., Ltd. are jointly and severally 1,445,792,551 and 551.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant main industry (hereinafter "the defendant main industry") received a credit guarantee letter from the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund on April 19, 195 and received 630 million won from the Chungcheong Bank on September 28, 1995, 64 million won from the Hanmi Bank on September 28, 1995, and 120 million won from the Japan Bank on August 1, 1997.
B. As to the above credit guarantee agreement, Defendant Korea-NM Co., Ltd. (trade name at the time of the agreement: Korea-USM, hereinafter “Defendant Korea-NM”), Defendant Sea B (hereinafter “the network B”), and the network H jointly and severally guaranteed each credit guarantee agreement on loans from the Chungcheong Bank and Korea-U.S. Bank.
C. The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund subrogated to each of the above loans as the Defendant Jeju Industries failed to repay its respective loans.
The details of subrogation shall be as follows:
The amount of a loan of a financial institution is KRW 630,00,000 won, 630,000 won, 630,000,000 won, 715,728,328,000 won, 80,000 won, 520,000 won, 64,000,000 won, 65,994,520,000,000 won, 64,000,000,000 won, 12,000,000 won, 12,000,000 won, 12,000,000 won, 126,789,041 won, Korea AlM, MaB, and Ma, 908,511,889, won, which is a joint and several surety for the date of subrogation for the loan of a financial institution.
(d)The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund has filed a suit for recourse (Cheongju District Court 2003Kadan7630) with respect to the money subrogated as above against Defendant Note Industry, Korea AlM, F and the Network B, and the network H.
The above court shall jointly and severally calculate 943,164,429 won and 20% per annum from November 13, 1998 to February 29, 2000; 18% per annum from the next day to May 31, 2003; and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; Defendant D shall jointly and severally with Defendant Pju Industry, Korea AlM, 389, 131 won, and 781,782.2.2.
