On June 17, 2013, the Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active service, failed to enlist on July 29, 2013 from the date of enlistment, without justifiable grounds, even though he was delivered by his father C of the Defendant to the Incheon Army Training Center located in the Sinsan-si on July 29, 2013 from the Defendant’s house located in Sung-si, Sungnam-si, Incheon District Military Manpower Office.
