Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On September 16, 2017, around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim C (nive, 42 years of age) on the first floor of multi-household housing located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by means of violence against the victim C (nives, 42 years of age) to catch and pushed the victim’s hand; and (b) inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. on the part of other hand that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
