1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,537,80 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 11, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply to the judgment based on a constructive admission.
