1. Around August 24, 2012, the Defendant, on the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act, 21:10, around the 2012. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic gas, which is a hallucinogenic substance, by taking the fluoral gas fluor, in front of a roof tower of the fourth floor in Kimhae-si, by taking away a portable gas fluor, with finger and spraying the gas.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 3, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim F-owned market value equivalent to KRW 600,00, which was previously located in the E convenience store located in Kimhae-si D.

B. At around 18:00 on January 4, 2013, the Defendant, at the convenience stores as stated in the foregoing paragraph (a) of this Article, stolen water drinking water with a altering water leveling to KRW 1,200, the market price owned by the victim F, which was in a cooling house.

3. On February 2, 2013, at around 01:46: (a) around 01:46 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) took a dangerous weapon (20cm in total length, 11cm in daily length) back the part of the victim’s chest with his left arms; (c) the Defendant: (a) took a dangerous weapon on the part of the victim’s chest; (d) the Defendant: (c) “at the end of going off until she going out; (d) 2 bottles in the display stand; (d) tobacco of an amount equivalent to KRW 3,00,00 at the market price of KRW 3,00; (d) 62 boxes in the market price of KRW 31,00; (d) 1,200,000; (e) altered 1,200,300,300,000 water beverages and beverages at the display stand; and (e) took a large amount of the market price of KRW 38.

Accordingly, the defendant took the property managed by the victim by carrying a deadly weapon.
