A. 1) The Constitution as of January 8, 1974 (wholly amended by Act No. 9 of Oct. 27, 1980) as of January 8, 1974 (wholly amended by the Constitution, No. 9 of Oct. 27, 1980) is a new Constitution.

(1) In accordance with Article 53, “Presidential Emergency Measure No. 1” (hereinafter “Emergency Measure No. 1”).

2) An emergency action is issued. (2) An action is prohibited under paragraph 1 of the Emergency Decree from any act of denying, opposing, distorted or slandering the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, any act of asserting, proposing, proposing or opposing the amendment or abolition of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, any act of making any and all acts of making a will frighting, making any and all acts of making such prohibited act, and any speech or behavior informing others of it by means of soliciting, instigating, advertising, broadcasting, reporting, publishing or others (Paragraph 1 through 4). Any person who violates or slanders this action shall, without the warrant of a judge, be punished by imprisonment for not more than fifteen years

(5) Paragraph 5) was defined.

3) On April 3, 1974, “Presidential Emergency Measure No. 4” (hereinafter “Emergency Measure No. 4”) pursuant to Article 53 of the United States Constitution on April 3, 1974.

4) Emergency action Nos. 4 prohibits an act of organizing or joining an organization related to E and any other organization, an act of joining or communicating with its members, a meeting, communication or any other means of communication with its members, an act of directly or indirectly participating in the activities of such an organization or members by any other means, and any act of providing money, valuables or other facilities, and any other means, and any act of holding or participating in any assembly, demonstration or other individual or collective action inside or outside a school except for regular classes, research activities under the supervision of school persons, and any other act of informing others by means of such an act (paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 6). Any person who violates or slanders this measure shall be arrested, detained, seized, searched and searched without the warrant of a judge.
