1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,311,797 as well as 20% per annum from February 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
[Plaintiff] A person who was paid KRW 1,150,00 from the Defendant after filing the instant lawsuit at the date of the first pleading, and the purport of the claim was reduced to KRW 31,311,797 ( KRW 32,461,797-1,150,000) (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
