On March 11, 2010, the Defendant was released on August 13, 2010 and on September 10, 2010 when he was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in Young-dong Branch of the Young-gu District Court.

1. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a vehicle with three km three km from the parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-dong Hospital at the 10-7 Line Hospital at the Jung-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon to the Gayangdong-dong, Daejeon-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 21, 2013.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license for a temporary border; (b) took the four-lanes in front of the Saturdays Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, and (c) at the same time, the Defendant was unable to take the victim’s left side by taking the victim’s night at night, and was installed at a crosswalk on the front of the said car at night, thereby causing an injury, such as an injury of approximately eight weeks in front of the said vehicle, which requires the victim’s treatment.
