However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant, at the office of the above C, entered “a delegation letter” in the name column by using the writing form without authority for the purpose of exercising, and forged one copy of the power of attorney under the name of E and G, a private document related to rights and duties, by affixing the writing form on April 20, 2018, stating “E (F-x x x x x x x x x)”, “G (x x x x x x x)”, “Seoul Gangnam-gu I building J”, and “The above principal proves that he/she has delegated all the rights of the lease contract at the seat of the Gu and is responsible for the act of the delegating.”

C. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around April 20, 2018, with the intent to exercise his/her authority, forged a letter of commitment in the name of E and G, a private document on rights and obligations, signed by the Defendant, with the seal of the Defendant, E, and G affixed one copy of the letter of commitment in the name of E and G, a private document on the rights and obligations, by affixing the seal of the Defendant, E, and G, on or before May 1, 2018 (Seoul Gangnam-gu D and fourth floor).
