A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2011, the Defendant was registered as a person subject to registration of personal information in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on June 28, 2011, by submitting his/her name, resident registration number, address and actual place of residence, location of occupation and workplace, physical information, personal information in which the registration number of his/her vehicle is prepared, and a document of submission of personal information and a photograph of proof to the Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station on June 9, 201.
1. Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of such personal information shall submit the reason and details of such change within 20 days from the date on which the ground for such change occurred;
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit changed information within the submission period, even though the occupation prepared as “student” was changed to “B” as of November 1, 2012.
2. A person subject to the registration of personal information shall be present at a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile every one year from the date of the initial registration, and the head of a police station shall take photographs of his/her front, front, rear, front, and front, and shall store and keep them in electronic form;
Nevertheless, as the Defendant revised on November 5, 2012, the Defendant appeared and taken photographs until November 4, 2013, but did not comply with the attendance without justifiable grounds.
