A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

On March 6, 2016, the Defendant driven Cone Star Co., Ltd without obtaining a driver’s license from around 700 meters in a section of about 700 meters from March 18:5, 2016 to the same Sincheon-ro 435 (Yyang-dong).
