2. The case where it is necessary for the accused to prevent recidivism of sexual assault for 40 hours.

1. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on July 10, 2014, was under the influence of alcohol from the stairs located in the second floor of the CB bank in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant asked the Defendant that the victim D (i.e., 19 years of age) who was under the influence of drinking, “ wherever the house is any place”, and (ii) was seated by the victim’s male-child E, who was under the influence of the victim, and used the victim’s right chest by hand, on his own hand, to the victim’s male-child E, who was under the influence of the victim. As such, E resisted against the Defendant, and committed an indecent act by force by force the victim by deceiving the victim’s right chest with his second hand.

2. At the same time and place as mentioned in the above 1.3, the injured Defendant: (a) considered the victim E (Nam and 19 years of age as “here,” and (b) took the victim’s chests once in the above indecent act by compulsion; and (c) caused injury to the victim, i.e., chest bruting the victim’s chests, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment on the part of the victim.
