The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is justified in finding the Defendant guilty of occupational embezzlement (excluding the part of innocence), non-afford and embezzlement among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles regarding the intent of unlawful acquisition in the crime of embezzlement, by political party act, by self-help act, and by consent of the victim, or by omitting the judgment.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
