On June 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a DNA-low-water vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the front of the National Bank located in 843 to the front of the C in the 843 wide name, from the front of the National Bank located in the 843 wide name to the front of the B.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, at around 11:45 on June 23, 2016, the Defendant operated a DNA car without mandatory insurance.
