1. Basic facts
A. B, a real estate broker, operated the “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” on the second floor of the building C in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and subscribed to the mutual aid operated by the Defendant with the subscription amount of KRW 50 million and the subscription period of the mutual aid from April 28, 2004 to April 27, 2005. The terms and conditions of mutual aid include the following:

5) Article 20 (Extinctive Prescription): If the right to claim the payment of the mutual aid money is not exercised within two years from the date of the occurrence of the accident, the extinctive prescription expires.
