1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s debt owed to the Defendant, Busan Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter “instant Savings Bank”), was liable for a total of three debts (hereinafter “liability Nos. 1, 2, and hereinafter “instant obligation”) as indicated in the following table, and the Defendant acquired the instant obligation around June 30, 2006.

B. In the course of the individual rehabilitation case against the plaintiff, the plaintiff filed an application for individual rehabilitation with the Busan District Court Decision 2005Da49837, as shown below, and the procedure was proceeded.
On November 8, 2005, the list of creditors to file an application for individual rehabilitation and to submit the list of creditors on October 2005: more specifically stated the list of individual rehabilitation creditors on October 20, 2005 (Simplified Form). "Credit No. 2" is stated in the column of "Credit No. 2: The creditor: Busan Mlomon Mutual Savings Bank, Busan Mlomon Savings Bank, the cause of the claim: B on January 8, 2001, and the present amount of the claim (principal): 6,939,245 won: See the certificate of balance of debt (calculated on October 20, 2005) based on the above list of creditors: See the certificate of balance of debt (calculated on October 20, 2005). It appears that the debts Nos. 1 and 2 are set forth. The decision of commencing individual rehabilitation procedures on April 24, 2006 - The base date of calculation in the existing list of creditors applying for permission of revision to the list of creditors on August 25, 2006 is August 24, 2006, and the creditor's name is in Busan Solomon Mutual Savings Bank.
