A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 22:50 on December 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a e20d 4 Matic car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.087% of alcohol alcohol concentration at the section of about 100 meters in front of the Dtel in Ansan-si, a member-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

At around 22:50 on December 7, 2018, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above, parked the said vehicle on the third-lane of the 3-lane road that runs from the 2nd place of the cultural plaza in front of the said Dtel to the intersection of G apartment, but continued to drive the said vehicle on the said 3-lane road by changing the said 3-lane from the said 3-lane to the one-lane.
