1. The Defendant’s KRW 66,528,250 as well as 6% per annum from December 11, 2019 to January 9, 2020 as to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 1, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with C on the operation of the branch office of the Plaintiff newspaper, and supplied the Plaintiff’s publication newspaper to C under the Defendant’s joint and several sureties. Since C delayed payment of KRW 66,528,250 for the newspaper price from January 1, 2014 to December 10, 2019, the Plaintiff sought 66,528,250 for the said newspaper price and delayed payment against the Defendant, a joint and several sureties.
