1. The defendant shall pay 26,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from August 12, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On August 12, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 26,00,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 25% per annum and due date of repayment on December 12, 2014. Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of principal and interest by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
