The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows, except for the rejection of Eul evidence No. 5, which is insufficient to prove the defendant's assertion as additional evidence submitted by the court of first instance, and which is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
