A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. 3. A thief on January 14, 2013, the Defendant thief on the victim S was able to drive the said taxi by entering the seat of UK7 private taxi operated by the victim S at the front of the Y7 private taxi in the direction of his/her own city on the road in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen 1 taxi owned by the victim in a amount equivalent to 17 million won in the city.
