At around 16:30 on September 5, 2012, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Defendant’s case causing property damage to No. 201 in the Jeonju District Court, Gunsan Branch, 201, which is located in the Chosan-si, Sinsan-si, Gunsan-si, and 201, and thus, took an oath after being given a warning of perjury without exercising the right to refuse to testify even after being notified of the right to refuse to testify.
