Applicable provisions of Acts: As the provisions of Article 208(3)1 and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended for Part 3 of the Grounds for Civil Procedure Act enter into force from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as 15% per annum from the day following the service date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
