Accordingly, the victim took loans of KRW 27 million from the Hyundai Card, etc. around February 22, 2017 and transferred KRW 27 million to the Korean bank account in the name of H on February 23, 2017, and the Defendant withdraws KRW 5 million in total from the date of cash withdrawal to the Korean bank account in the name of H on February 23, 2017 to the Korean bank account in the name of D.
