1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,393,570 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 8% from September 1, 2016 to July 15, 2017.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The defendant A who jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to pay the price for goods to the plaintiff of the corporation B shall be liable for the payment of the unpaid amount of KRW 57,393,570 and damages for delay thereof;
