At around 05:20 on April 22, 2013, the Defendant damaged public documents, even though he was voluntarily operated in order to get a separate investigation into the case of his own fraud, and was required to present a voluntary movement agreement in order to verify the fact of his voluntary operation as above, and refused the request, and made the said agreement to have a seal affixed to it, and then written by the police officer affiliated with the said district group as “the rejection of the seal,” and then made the said voluntary movement agreement to be attached to the above on the books, and cut off the said voluntary movement agreement to be put into the drafting.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged documents used by public offices.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 전항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위 지구대 소속 경사 E에게 “여기 업소 도우미를 고용했다. 빨리 같이 조사해라. 나는 19살짜리를 따먹었다. 이것도 성매매로 단속해라. 나는 수사관들도 알고 있는데 여기 업소에서 한 달에 한 번씩 돈을 받는다는 사실을 잘 알고 있다. 국회의원도 알고 있으니 경찰관 너희들 가만두지 않겠다. 너희들 요즘 이렇게 해도 때리지 못하니 얼마나 약 오르냐.”라고 조롱하다가 전항과 같이 공용서류인 임의동행 동의서를 손상한 후 밖으로 도망가기 위해 시정된 현관문을 발로 걷어차며 소란을 피우다가 이를 제지하며 피고인을 상대로 현행범 체포하는 위 지구대 소속 순경 D의 다리를 발로 걷어찼다.
