1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 1, 2013 to October 20, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On January 18, 2013, the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, lent from the Plaintiff KRW 15 million (on March 18, 2013) and KRW 20 million (on February 30, 2013, April 30, 2013), respectively, around February 2013, and only KRW 6 million was repaid and the remainder of the loan was not repaid. Accordingly, the Defendant seek payment of the remaining loan to the Defendant.
