Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 14, 2019, the Defendant found a Kaka Pa Paf card that was lost by the victim B (years 27 and female) at an infinite-si, Leecheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Safin”) at an infinite location.
The Defendant did not take necessary measures such as returning a Kakao card to the victim, which he acquired as above, and embezzled lost property of the victim for the purpose of using it.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On September 14, 2019 from around 11:44 to 11:46 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented the victim’s Kakao Paf card, as stated in the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1), to the employee of convenience store F as if he/she was his/her card; and (b) paid the 5,550 won of the Kaka Paf card, which was continuously 10,000 won of the 10,000 won of the Kachif tobacco; and (c) paid the 105,550 won of the Kaof card to the employees of convenience store F; and (d) paid the 105,550 won of the Kachif tobacco in total.
B. From around 12:09 to around 12:11 on the same day, the Defendant continued to pay 104,000 won of franchid tobacco equivalent to KRW 20,00,000 for two times by presenting franchid tobacco, etc. equivalent to KRW 104,00,00, to employees, as in the above franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis franchis fa, which were operated by the victim H (the age of 41) of
3. Larceny;
A. At around 16:00 on November 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property owned by the victim, such as the victim’s 3 km and 1 km, which is the victim’s property owned by the victim, at the door of the “KL” entrance, the victim (26 years of age, 1kg) laid down at that door; and (b) caused the theft by taking advantage of the gaps in around the market price of KRW 25,00,00, such as 3kg and 1kg.
B. On November 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, at the door of “KL” at Dongcheon-si’s entrance, the Defendant set off 3 km of the victim at that door.
