A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 13, 2016, at around 14:25, the Defendant driven a vehicle for Bsch Rexton riding at a section of about 1 1 km from before the front of the motor vehicle in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu to the front road of the 1142-lane Gan-do, as the name of Gyeyang-gu Incheon, without obtaining a driver's license.
