The Plaintiff is the owner of CAridi A7 Car (hereinafter “instant vehicle”).

On April 21, 2016, the Plaintiff was the Defendant who was aware of the drinking at his own will after drinking the drinking at his Sung-dong, Sung-dong.

However, according to the facts acknowledged above, the defendant has a duty to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by the negligence of continuously driving the plaintiff's vehicle without taking any measure. Thus, the defendant has a duty to compensate the plaintiff for the damages caused by the damage.

The scope of liability is to damage engines.
