1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 46,438,527 and KRW 30,113,073 among them, per annum from September 3, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On April 1, 2010, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement of the principal and interest of the loan, which was extended to the Defendant on April 1, 2010, with a rate of delayed damage 15.28% per annum, and due date for payment as of April 1, 2013.
