1. The Defendant completed the acquisition by prescription on May 14, 2019, with respect to the Plaintiff with respect to the area of 46 square meters and 112 square meters in the C-road and D-si.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In light of various circumstances such as the fact that the Plaintiff, as a local government, was incorporated into the road with each of the real estate listed in the order of 1971 and did not complete the registration until now, it is fair to bear the litigation costs individually.
