1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the area B of 204 square meters in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, 204 square meters, each of the attached drawings indicated in the 8,9,10,11,6,7, and 8.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The land ownership status, etc. is 1) the Msan-si, Changwon-si (the Msan-si, Changwon-si, prior to the integration, succeeded to the Msan-si, prior to the integration, and the combined hereinafter referred to as “Defendant

As to the land B before subdivision, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase as of May 24, 1978 by the Changwon District Court No. 20519, Dec. 8, 1977, with regard to the land B before subdivision. The Defendant and A on April 10, 1993 received the Changwon District Court 44188, with regard to the land B after subdivision. < Amended by Act No. 44188, Oct. 14, 1993>

9. 22. The registration of transfer of equity ownership (consumed to 1/2 each share of public land) was completed on the ground of the exchange between the two parties, and the F completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to 1/2 share of the above land among the above land B on May 8, 1995.

4) The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer for H land before subdivision due to sale. On October 14, 1993, the registration of ownership transfer for H land divided between the Defendant and A was completed due to the exchange on September 22, 1993. The F completed the registration of ownership transfer for H land based on the exchange on September 22, 1993. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 14870, May 8, 1995>
