On January 16, 2014, the Defendant received a notice of call-up to social work personnel service from the Defendant’s office located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, to the Army Training Center located in Geumsan-si, Seosan-si by February 14, 2014, and did not enlist within three days from the date of call-up without good cause.
