1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,758,400 as well as the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
In full view of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff is recognized as having been engaged in the manufacturing business of metal products with the trade name of "C", the defendant engaged in the manufacturing business of machinery, etc. with the trade name of "D", the plaintiff supplied the defendant with the goods equivalent to a total of KRW 162,758,400 until April 9, 2015, and the fact that the amount of KRW 52,748,400 out of the price for the goods has not been repaid.
The defendant did not appear on the date of pleading as well as the submission of a written answer stating that the plaintiff's assertion is "to submit a written answer on the grounds of objection".
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 52,748,400 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, to the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
