A. Of the size of 294 square meters in Gangwon-gun, the each point of the attached Form 8, 9, 19, and 8 is indicated in (1) of the appraisal drawings.

A. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff was completed on the grounds of sale as of October 1981, 1983 with respect to the land of 294 square meters in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seowon-gun (hereinafter “instant land”); the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of E on the grounds of sale as of February 22, 191; the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of E on the grounds of sale as of May 28, 191; the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of F on the grounds of sale as of June 25, 2007; and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff was completed on the grounds of sale as of June 25, 2007.

The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant, who is the wife of the network D on the ground of inheritance due to the agreement division as of March 26, 1995, around 1979, with respect to the 57.96 square meters of Gangwon-gun C block structure and the multi-story public restaurant (hereinafter “instant building”), Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant was completed.
