1. [Attachment 2013 Ma1665, Defendant A, and B] Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment called “F” in the E underground from February 10, 2011 to Sungnam-si E.

No person shall engage in any conduct, such as arranging sexual traffic.

From January 2013 to March 30, 2013, the Defendants provided sexual traffic arranging and place in order to provide sexual traffic to many unspecified male descendants, such as G, who were found to be customers, with a condition that they receive KRW 100,000 from many male descendants, on condition that they receive KRW 100,000.

A. From May 11, 2013 to May 16, 2013, Defendant C operated “F” in Sungnam-gu E, the Defendant received approximately KRW 100,000,000 from male customers who found the place, and arranged commercial sex acts by having sexual intercourse with the above customers employed by the Defendant, and in return, acquired the profits equivalent to KRW 2,080,000 in return.

B. Defendant C and B conspired with each other to commit the same day from 00:30 on May 17, 2013 to 01:00 on the same day.

The "F" in the operation of Defendant C, which found the place, received 100,000 won for sexual traffic from three male customers, and provided guidance to the above customers as a confidential room that allows them to be sexual intercourse with the women of sexual traffic, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
