[criminal power] On November 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 31, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At night, at around 02:00 on October 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above restaurant through the main window not opened by the victim D in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and carried 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the bank.

In addition, the Defendant invadedd a structure at night on three occasions, such as the No. 1, 3, and 5 of the attached list of crimes, and stolen the property amounting to KRW 35,000.

2. On October 18, 2016, at around 02:29, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door door of the store in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government “H” operated by the victim G in Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) intruded into the store and carried out 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the safe.

In addition, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged corrective devices, etc. at night over six times; and (b) invaded on a structure; (c) stolen or attempted to steals property amounting to KRW 612,00,00 in total; and (d) attempted to steals, such as [Attachment] Nos. 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

3. On October 21, 2016, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a car parked in the territory of the State Library located in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu; (b) opened a string door and entered into a string door; and (c) cut off a string door for women who could not know the market price owned by the said victim.
