1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the land indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant is the owner of the land indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “Defendant’s building”). The Defendant is the owner of the land of 301m30,000 m340m2 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant’s land”) and the building on the land (hereinafter “Defendant’s building”) adjacent to the instant land.
